Review (+ very little synopsis): I love this anime. I tried watching prince of tennis, only watched a few episodes and found it not to my flavor. But what is this sorcery?! o.O Why am I now in love with the new prince of tennis? Hence, I conclude it more successful in drawing me in with it's first episode, with the main protagonist,echizen, who comes with an impact with a scene of how he puts his tennis skills to get himself into a train that was already leaving, revealing his confident (& unintentionally overconfident) character in the train.

I was hooked, even though I did not really favor his appearance, it seemed edgy, with some talent, that had already somewhat crossed the base of ( I think I have talent but I'm still working hard phase) and is now at the hell yeah I have talent, I love it and I want to be better and see better player phase. (that's what I feel) Hence is smexy for a guy. As I watched on, hello lovelies. This is not a lazy anime! So many characters, different style, none too similar to each other. It gradually leads you to more playing, which I'd came to adapt and love.

I watched little sport anime, beside slam dunk and those that are half half sport + other genre animes, I can only compare it to area no kishi? I love area no kishi more :p But hey, it feels great to love an anime that everyone loves and one that holds potential. :) And that thought, it is an anime obviously focused on building, or stacking, yet one that does not compromise and add fillers. At ep4 echizen had already set foot in court one to challenge the best in the camp :)
